Privacy Policy

This explains what Promptzit collects, why, and who helps us run the service. In short: we collect only what we need, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or tracking tools.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Your library: the prompts, categories, tags, favorites, and team members you add.
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We keep only a customer reference, your plan, the number of seats, and subscription dates. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To run Promptzit and show you your library.
• To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To protect the service and fix problems.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase stores our database and handles sign-in and account emails. Data is hosted in the United States.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Stripe processes payments.

These providers handle data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who can see your prompts

Only the people in your library. Access is enforced in the database itself. Our public pages never show library content.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember which library you are viewing. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Each library is isolated from the others. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is our top priority.

Your choices

You can view and edit your content in the app at any time. To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data or your account, email hello@promptzit.com. We keep billing records only as long as the law requires.

Children

Promptzit is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way we will tell you by email or in the app.
