Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Promptzit (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Promptzit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Promptzit is a shared, searchable library where you and your team store and organize prompts for AI tools. We may improve, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your library.
• Library owners and admins can invite and remove people and manage billing for that library.

Free trial, payment, and cancellation

• New libraries get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
• After the trial, a library becomes read-only until it has an active subscription. You can still read and copy your prompts.
• Plans cost $2.99 per person per month or $19.99 per person per year, charged through Stripe. The number of people billed matches the number of people in your library and adjusts automatically.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with advance notice. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Your content

You own the prompts and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the service for you and your library. Do not add content you do not have the right to share with your team.

Acceptable use

Do not use Promptzit to break the law, harm others, attack or probe the service, try to access other people’s libraries, send spam, or overload our systems.

Ending your access

You can stop using Promptzit at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. To delete your account and data, email hello@promptzit.com.

No warranty and limits on liability

Promptzit is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it secure and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Promptzit after a change means you accept it.
